I am unable to open messenger. Its been saying "Waiting to reconnect for the past three days" Ive tried everything that I know how to do. I am still unable to read my messages I need help

    Hi. I am having a similar issue. I tried to send a video from the NYTimes and was prompted to change a setting (not sure which it was though...). Now I can receive messenger messages but can't send them. I have a "waiting to reconnect" orange bar at the top. Any suggestions??
