Won't open

Hi,

I have just purchased the above app but it is not opening on my computer. I am running Version 10.6.8 which should have been fine according to the information in the App Store.

    Hello Jade,

    Please go to Applications / Utilities / Console and save the Application crash logs. I should be able to diagnose what the problem is with that information.
